Anna Maria Island Offshore & Inshore Charters
Welcome aboard Chase The Blue Charters, your premier choice for unforgettable fishing adventures in the stunning waters off of Anna Maria Island, Florida. Step aboard our top-of-the-line 36 ft Capehorn vessel, which is full stocked with everything you need for a safe and enjoyable day on the water.
Setting us apart from the rest, Chase The Blue holds a coveted federal reef permit, granting us exclusive access to waters beyond nine miles offshore. Any Charter boat for hire that operates past nine miles offshore that is reef and wreck fishing is required by law to hold this permit. If a charter company does not possess this permit, it carries serious consequences for the charter captain and crew if caught.

Here at Chase the Blue Charters we offer a variety of fishing trips from light tackle inshore fishing to specialty offshore trips 80-plus miles offshore to fun and carefree sandbar tours. Whatever kind of adventure you're looking for, we'd love to book an unforgettable trip with you!
Offshore Charters
Our offshore charters range from 4 to 14-hour charters. They can fish waters from anywhere from 7 to 60 miles offshore depending on the size of the trip and time of year. These trips are mainly targeting red snapper, mangrove snapper, grouper, kingfish, cobia, tuna, hogfish, and mahi.
Red Snapper Charters
Embark on a thrilling offshore trip pursuing the coveted American Red Snapper aboard Chase The Blue Charters. Our American Red Snapper trips usually operate between May and August, offering you ample opportunities to reel in this prized fish. Our charters typically extend for 10-14 hours, taking you on an adventure over 60 miles offshore. You'll cruise aboard our spacious 30-foot Century Center Console, designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for everyone onboard.
Tarpon Charters
Experience the thrill of Chase The Blue Tarpon charters, offered exclusively between May and July. Tarpon fishing transcends mere sport; it ignites a passion brimming with excitement and challenge for anglers across the globe. Inshore Charters
Our inshore charters stay close to land fishing the beautiful mangroves, flats, and docks around the pristine waters of Anna Maria Island. These trips target snook, trout, redfish, snapper, and tarpon and sharks.
Sandbar Cruises
Sandbar Cruises are fully customizable, whether it's an Eggmont Key tour, sandbar hangout, dolphin/manatee tour, or waterfront dining.

Devon did an amazing job putting us on fish on our inshore fishing charter. A storm was coming in this afternoon and he was great at communicating with us several days before our morning charter and scheduling our morning start time to earlier so we would be back in before the storm hit. We caught snook, speckled trout and red fish. We all had a fantastic time and highly recommend Devon and Chase the Blue Charters! We will definitely use them again on our next Anna Maria Island vacation!

Meet Devin Calderon, Your Charter Captain
Devin Calderon will be your captain and is the owner of Chase the Blue Charters, named after his water-loving pup and fishing pal. Captain Calderon is a 2nd generation Manatee County fisherman, who grew up on the waters of Anna Maria. He has been fishing since he was a boy both inshore and offshore and has the experience and passion to make for a memorable trip. In his spare time, you'll find Captain Calderon enjoying more fishing, diving — anything that lets him spend more time on the water.
