About Chase The Blue Charters
Chase The Blue Charters is a locally owned business that takes pride in giving its guests a memorable day on the water. Whether you are a seasoned angler or a beginner, we'll provide everything you need for a successful day. All of our trips are run on a 26-foot twinvee which gives us the option to run offshore and inshore charters. Our business is one of the few on Anna Maria that holds a federal reef permit that lets us fish in waters past nine miles which gives us the opportunity to target a variety of different species such as, Tuna, Grouper, and American red snapper.
Meet the Captain
Devin Calderon will be your captain and is the owner of Chase the Blue Charters, named after his water-loving pup and fishing pal. Captain Calderon is a 2nd generation Manatee County fisherman, who grew up on the waters of Anna Maria. He has been fishing since he was a boy both inshore and offshore and has the experience and passion to make for a memorable trip. In his spare time, Captain Calderon enjoys more fishing, diving and any time he can spend on the water. That's where you can usually find him.
